Jonathan Ouyang
i study ribosome quality control, ribosome stalling, and ribosome biophysics more generally, with a mix of binding kinetics, deep learning, and first-principles modeling.
that happens in the Green Lab and Buskirk Group at Johns Hopkins Medicine and the Trcek Lab at JHU, where i’m a biophysics undergrad. i’m also building Collide Therapeutics, and every so often i host dinners.
